Rice pudding so simple and turns out more creamy every time. Nice with cinnamon or jam mixed in.
Ingredients:
6oz pudding rice
Tin of evaporated milk
2 pints of milk
4tbsp of sugar
Method:
3 hours on high stirring every now and again. comes out perfect.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rice
1 litre milk (4 cups) milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Directions:
Rince rice under cold water put all ingredients in slow cooker except for vanilla essence cook on high for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Stir every couple hours. Take lid off add vanilla essence.
