Slow Cooked Beef and Onion Gravy

So after the fiancé bugging me to make it again I made it for dinner tonight!
12 hour slow cooked Beef and onion gravy. Shredded the beef and served on fresh rolls!

I used 2 and a half kgs of top side roast and 6 packets of the McCormick recipe base this time. I made extra this time cause a couple of my fiancés friends want to try some cause he raved about how yummy it was
Depends on how much you want to make I have worked out that for every 450g of beef is 1 packet of the McCormick recipe base as it doesn’t make much gravy cause the mix is for just a roast dinner.
I browned the meat as the packet says to then put it in the slow cooker, made up the gravy with just warm water, poored the gravy over then put it on low for 12 hours or you can put it on high for 8 hours
