Keto Snowballs cookies, also known as Mexican wedding cookies or Russian tea cakes, are a delicious and melt-in-your-mouth treat. These cookies are perfectly suited for those following a ketogenic or low-carb diet.
The primary ingredient used in making Keto Snowballs cookies is almond flour, which provides a nutty flavor and a tender texture. The cookie batter is also infused with a hint of vanilla extract, giving them a fragrant and delightful aroma.
To add a touch of sweetness to these cookies without the use of traditional sugar, a low-carb sweetener such as erythritol or stevia is used. This allows you to enjoy the sweetness without worrying about any sugar spikes.
Keto Snowballs cookies are perfect for indulging in a guilt-free dessert or for serving during special occasions. They are not only low in carbs but also high in healthy fats, making them a satisfying treat that fits within a ketogenic lifestyle. Enjoy these delightful cookies as a festive addition to your holiday cookie platter or as a tasty snack any time of the year!
