How Long Does it Take to Get Into Ketosis

A lot of people want ketosis to happen in two minutes. It doesn’t work that way (smile!)

You’ve been running on sugar your whole life and we’re switching to a new fuel source, so your cells have to build new machines to burn fat. It has to build new enzymes for fat burning.

That takes some time.

If you’re super healthy, it can happen in a week. But this happens for very few people.

But this will most likely take a month to six weeks for your body to switch over and you’ll start feeling different.

How will you know when it’s working?

-When you’re satisfied after you eat.

-You don’t have sugar cravings any more.

-You feel less hungry all the time.

-You have a more focused mind and less brain fog.

-Your memory will be sharper.

-You’ll have less urination during the night.

-These are all factors you can look for but in the process, you might have any one of these good symptoms right here.

But this takes being all in. You cannot do the Keto half way.

You cannot do some sugar every day and expect to go into ketosis or experience it’s fat burning benefits. In the presence of sugar your body will always burn that first. We’re training your body to burn fat instead. Once you get there, you’ll never go back because you’ll feel SO much better.

Sometimes, you’ll experience some symptoms as you’re getting there.

If you have fatigue, all you need is vitamin B5. Take some of this, and your energy will come back up. B5 is kind of like a helper for our fat burning enzymes. This helps those work more efficiently. Without this important vitamin, you’ll feel sluggish and tired.

If you’re getting muscle cramps, you’re low on potassium. You need those 7 to 10 cups of vegetable a day you’re supposed to be eating with my eating plan.

You cannot do the KETO plan without consuming lots of vegetables—because potassium is needed not just to flush out all of this fat from the liver but to help you with the nervous system and the muscles as well.

Salt-you have to have salt in the diet or you’ll start to experience muscle weakness.

Bloating-you’ll need some purified bile salts. That’s in my Gall Bladder Formula.

One mistake people make sometimes when going on the ketogenic diet is they hit the fats too hard at first and this causes digestive problems. This is why the Gall Bladder Formula can help. But you want to go gradual on the fats.

Sleep issues: That’s a calcium / magnesium issue. Get more of this in the diet or in supplement form and boom, you’ll sleep well and deeply.

This will work. It always does. You have to be patient-increase the time expectation you have to get into ketosis and really start seeing the benefits!

I’d love to hear from you below!
