Garlic butter Ribeye steak & shrimp

Notes:

Ribeye steak, chicken, and shrimp with melted cheese on top:

Ingredients:
  • 1 ribeye steak
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Season the ribeye steak, chicken breasts, and shrimp with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil and butter until melted.
  4. Add the garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Add the ribeye steak and cook for about 4 minutes on each side until browned.
  6. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes on each side until browned.
  7. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
  8. Remove the skillet from the heat and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the steak, chicken, and shrimp.
  9. Place the skillet in the preheated oven and bake for about 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Remove the skillet from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  11. Serve the ribeye steak, chicken, and shrimp with the melted cheese on top and enjoy!
