Cheese sauce – How to make it in the microwave?

Answer is – easy! Literally you just throw all the cheeses and heavy whipping cream in the bowl, salt and pepper, stir a little bit and turn on the microwave for 1:30 min.

After you take it out from the microwave, add herbs that you like, garlic or any spice you like, stir well and pour it over your favorite food.

If you don’t use microwave, you can heat heavy whipping cream in a sauce pan, on the stove, add cheese and stir until nicely combined. When cheese melted, add salt, pepper and herbs to your taste.

Be careful, this keto sauce is addictive!  I am telling you that because I am addicted to this cheese sauce, for sure. I eat it with everything, it’s delicious with my keto cauliflower gnocchi or with any meat you fry quickly in a pan. This is perfect cheese sauce for broccoli and cauliflower. My daughter who is 1.5 years old like to dipp broccoli in this easy homemade cheese sauce. ???
