Ingredients:
600g chuck steak diced & floured
chopped: 2 carrots, 1 small suede, 1 small turnip, 3 small potatoes, 200g mushroom, 1 onion, 3 rashers bacon
a sprinkle of rosemary & thyme
a dash of chilli flakes
3 cloves garlic whole chucked in
a splash of soy & worstershire sauce
1 cubed beef stock
Directions:
browned beef
cooked off mushroom, bacon & onion just to soften
put everything into SC for about 5hrs on high
dumplings:
60g cold butter
2 cups SR flour
add mixed herbs & parmesan cheese
rub together & roll into balls.
