Ingredients:
800g chuck steak diced
400g baby potato, chopped
2 Carrots, chopped into half moons
1 brown onion, diced
400ml coconut cream (I like to use ayam as I find it doesn’t split while cooking)
2 tins maesri massaman paste. ( I find other brands super oily-I love the flavour of this brand)
1 tbs brown sugar
2 tbs fish sauce
1 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs plain flour
1 cup chicken stock
Directions:
Diced chuck steak and add with flour in bowl. Shake to coat. Set aside.
Add all other ingredients to slow cooker. Mix well to combine.
Add flour covered steak, give a quick mix.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
