Bacon wrapped stuffed turkey breast
1 1/2 pounds bacon
1 large turkey breast
8 asparagus stalks
3 oz Monterey Jack cheese slices
1. weave bacon
2. Sliced turkey breast down middle not in half
3. Add asparagus stalks
4. Add cheese slices
5. Roll turkey breast
6. Place in bacon weave
7. Wrap bacon around stuffed turkey breast
8. Close with tooth picks
Smoked at 225 for 90 minutes and internal temp was 150
Rested on plate covered in foil
Heated smoker to 450 with cast iron pan
Add 2 tablespoons butter browned each side of bacon for approximately 2 minutes per side internal temp to 165
Remove tooth picks
