bacon beef and cheese potato pie

Thank you to the amazing person who posted the bacon, beef and cheese potato pie recipe that her husband made I made them and they are delicious, love how the meat melts in your mouth after being in the slow cooker for 8hrs

Pie filling:
1kg chuck steak
1 can of condensed cream of chicken soup
Flour (I used 1 cup)
All purpose seasoning ( I used 2 table spoons)
2 garlic cloves (I just used two tablespoons of minced garlic)
Garlic powder ( I used 2 tablespoons)
5 tablespoons of tomato sauce
Generous splash of Worcestershire sauce
4 tablespoons of gravy powder
1 onion
4 rashers of bacon ( I used 8)

Method:
In a bowl mix flour, seasoning & garlic powder diced steak & coat in flour mixture.
Brown steak and garlic together.
Put remaining ingredients in the slow cooker & mix together then add browned steak & cook on low for 8 hrs, stirring occasionally.

When filling is ready start the cheese sauce and boil potatoes for mash potato.

Cheese sauce:
1 cup of milk
1 tblspoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup or more of grated cheese, depending your taste

Method:
Put butter in a saucepan & melt then add flour & mix together.
Pour in all milk & stir continuesly until thick but not too thick take of heat add cheese and stir till all melted.

Spray pie dish with spray oil, put 1 sheet of defrosted puff pastry in dish.
Put pie filling in, put cheese sauce on top, put your mash on top, and place in oven at 180 for about half hour or till potato is lightly golden brown… Serve and enjoy!!!
