INGREDIENTS:
- 4 tbsp butter, unsalted and melted
- 1 tbsp garlic, freshly minced
- 2 tsp Creole Seasoning
- ½ tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 pound fresh King Crab legs
- 1 tbsp Parsley for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
- FIRST STEP:
- Preheat the oven to 375*
- To bake the King Crab legs, it is best to slice in half so that the meat is showing
- Place the crab legs in a baking dish
- SECOND STEP:
- Add the melted butter, garlic and Creole seasoning mix to a small bowl and mix well
- Using a pastry brush, brush the butter on each of the crab legs and exposed meat. Save remaining butter sauce for serving
