Three simple ingredients are all you need to make quick and simple low-carb Keto Peanut Butter Balls that are keto!

This year, are you following a low-carb or keto diet? Not going to lie, Erik and I have been following a ketogenic diet intermittently for the past few years, and it is absolutely unique. One thing that I learned from that, perhaps? When you eat more healthy fats, you stay satisfied for a lot longer!

I can see some of you rolling your eyes and saying, “Duh, Demeter!” But guess what? I was born in the 1980s or 1990s, and guess what?

We were taught to consume a lot of carbohydrates (like 8–12 slices of bread per day) and to wear spandex that is cut too high on the thigh when doing out. In fact, there were a tonne of poor ideas at that time!

So, let’s simply say, “Ah, I see! ” and go on. Give me all the keto energy balls right away! Better still. Well, one thing I discovered when I started the keto diet is that you don’t necessarily have to follow it to strategically include a few keto energy balls and/or other keto snacks in your diet to feel fuller for longer.

As a result, I’m sharing my recipe for Peanut Butter Keto Energy Balls with you, which both keto and non-keto people can enjoy.

You must try this recipe for keto energy balls to believe how delicious they are. I adore reaching for these peanut butter keto energy pieces when I’m on the verge of abandoning my day’s healthy goals. (And trust me, I come dangerously close to giving up all the time.) You only need one keto energy ball to satisfy your sweet hunger. Heck, use two if you need to!

This low-carb sweetener, which is an essential component of these keto energy bites, is what makes the dish really keto. It is also free of sugar!

Are you going keto or low carb this year? Not gonna lie, Erik and I’ve been doing keto on and off for the last few years or so and it truly is something else. One thing that I’ve taken away from it? You stay full for so much longer when you’re eating more healthy fats!

1 cup unsalted, natural creamy peanut butter
 ½ cup Coconut flour
3 tbsp low carb keto maple syrup
2 cups ChocZero milk chocolate chips
Use wax paper or parchment paper to cover a baking sheet. Place aside.
Take a bowl(medium)put peanut butter, coconut flour, and keto maple syrup.
Stir with a fork until thoroughly combined. Then, fold using a silicone spatula until everything is thoroughly combined and thickened.
Spread the peanut butter balls out evenly on the prepared baking sheet using a small or medium cookie scoop. Here are the cookie scoops I use for tiny and medium cookies. Enjoy!
