I n g r e d i e n t s:
1 x can cream of chicken soup
2 x tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 x tablespoons honey
1 x teaspoon salt
3 x chicken breasts sliced thin
1 x onion
2 x crushed garlic
1 x heaped spoon of chicken stock
+ served ours with brown rice. You can serve with mashed potato, rice, pasta, steamed veg or salad if you want. Each to their own.
M e t h o d:
Add everything minus the rice to the slow cooker and mix well.
Tea towel under the lid with Cook on high for 1.5 hours.
Note: if there is a excess liquid, just thicken with some cornflour.
Hubby loved, so it will be a regular in our house now. Serves 4 people.
