Ingredients:
- 2-3 Chocolate Keto-friendly cookies
- 1 C. Almond milk unsweetened vanilla
- ½ C. Heavy whipping cream
- ½ tsp. Vanilla extract
- 1-2 Tbsp. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- 1 Tbsp. Choc Zero Honest Chocolate Syrup
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar free whipped cream
Instructions:
Blend the cookies up in a food processor until they become crumbs.
- Add the almond milk, heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract and sweetener to the food processor or blender, and blend until smooth, creamy and thickened.
- Pour the mixture evenly into two glasses.
- Top with sugar free whipped cream, sugar free chocolate syrup and extra cookie crumbles if desired before serving.
