Ingredients:
1kg beef mince
1 chopped purple onion
1/2 teaspoon of curry powder
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
grated carrot..
Salt and pepper
1 packet french onion soup mix
1 egg
Directions:
Combine everything roll into rissoles then roll in flour.
The sauce is
2 brown onions sliced
3 gloves of garlic
1/2 cup of parsley
Saute this in frypan for a few minutes then combine 1 cup of beef stock
2 tablespoons each of worstershire sauce.
cidar vinegar
Brown Sugar
1/2 cup of BBQ or tomato sauce
I went with BBQ then add to onion mix , Let it simmer for about 5 minutes then place rissoles in slow cooker and add sauce mix I will cook this for about 4 to 5 hours on low..
