Question: What pasta sauce did you use please ? A tomato one ?
Answer: Yes, a Bolognese. I ran out of tomato paste which we use to make this dish. You can also make without the sauce. Replace sauce with 1 tablespoon oil, 1 cup water and beef stock powder or cubes. Just as nice. It’s a Macedonian dish.
