Ingredients:
1 kg chicken breast fillets
2 litre chicken stock
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 packet dried chicken noodle soup
1 onion
3 carrots, peeled & diced
3 stalks celery diced
1/2 tsp dried Thyme
1/2 tsp dried Rosemary
2 Bay leaves
8 ozs pasta broken into thirds (I just guessed amount and used angel hair pasta as finer)
* instead of chopping veges I used 500 gram of frozen mixed veg – I needed to get it done quickly!!!
Season chicken with 1 teaspoon salt and pepper or (As you taste)
Directions:
Place chicken in base of cooker.
Add all other ingredients (except pasta), cover, cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Remove chicken from mix and shred with 2 forks. Stir chicken and pasta back into mix and cook for further 39-40 minutes or until pasta is tender.
