Ingredients required for Keto Hot Crab Dip:
- 2 Blocks of cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 c. Shredded cheddar, divided
- 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan, divided
- Half c. Mayonnaise
- 2 Green onions, thinly sliced, plus more for garnish
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. hot sauce, such as Tabasco
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 lb.
- Lump crab meat
- Toasted bread and crackers, for serving
How to prepare Keto Hot Crab Dip:
- In the first step, preheat our oven to 180c.
- Take a large bowl add cream cheese, one cup of cheddar cheese, ¼ cup of parmesan and mayonnaise and stir well till well combined.
- Then add green onion, garlic, mustard, Worcestershire, hot sauce, paprika, and lemon juice and mix well till well combined.
- Now we have to season it with salt and pepper and fold in crab meat.
- We have to take an oven-safe skillet add dip in it and top with half a cup of cheddar and a half cup of parmesan.
- Bake it for 30 to 35 minutes or till cheese is melted well.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
